Rooms were very clean and cozy, and the staff here is so warm and friendly! I know for a fact dogs aren’t allowed, but when we were here, there were quite a few. One of them was howling at 11PM, but we called the front desk and it got sorted out fast enough. Hopefully it was just a one off busy weekend. Besides that, parking was plentiful and easy to find, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious and warm!

Well.... It was nice. We actually lucked out. They gave us the wrong room so the manager ,which was very nice and accommodating upgraded the room. I was just upset because the jacuzzi in the room is not really big enough for a couple. That's all I wanted to do was chill in the Jacuzzi with my love. Didn't happen. They should just advertise as a single person jacuzzi & shower. The shower is very small even in a larger room. Breakfast was great. The staff was great! Location is actually perfect!

We were so pleased with our stay here. The location is perfect and central, parking is free and easy (in their garage), the staff was so incredibly nice, the rooms were clean, I slept incredibly well in the comfy bed, and the hotel overall just has a nice feel to it. And while searching for a place to stay, I realized the price is fantastic in comparison to other options in Salem. I highly recommend staying here, for a great experience overall.

Overall Score: 42/50 Cleanliness: Great! You should feel more than safe to sleep here. No immediate issues, nothing gross, and everything looked clean. I checked all the sheets, the AC unit, bathroom floor, shower, toilet... all clean. Does it feel 5-star clean? No, but that is purely due to aesthetic reasons. The rooms feel dark and slightly dated, so that may not help. (8/10) Service: Great! Do I feel like a king? No. Do I feel important? Yes! They really do a great job at providing excellent service. The complimentary breakfast and the service provided here was also great! (9/10) Quality: As I mentioned, this isn't a 5-star hotel, but it's definitely a wonderful place to post up whether it's for a conference, a family road trip, or a work retreat. Also, it's in a quality location to explore Salem. (9/10) Environment: The lobby is great and the overall environment is good. Feels clean and classy. Sure, some things feel slightly dated, but it's still nice! (8/10) Uniqueness: Definitely a step up from the typical Best Western or some other similar brand. It stands out against surrounding hotels, but it doesn't reach the unique heights of the 5-star standard. Still a great hotel! (8/10)
