I came in and was greeted by someone who wanted to help. They listened to my issue, provided some quick suggestions, and took my bike in with no further issues. I was able to leave my bike there and then and pick it up when I was ready that same day! I appreciate how respectful and flexible the team here was and will continue to bring my bike here in the future.

I've been in here a few times. They are all very helpful. Today, Carson helped me with my bike. Side service.

My wife and I walked into pathfinder today to purchase a dog PFD. We loved the fact that it is pet friendly and the customer service was terrific. While talking with an employee, I mentioned that I had been looking for a better jockey wheel for my 1975 Puch Maxi. He gave me one out of an old box of used parts free of charge. The jockey wheel fit perfectly and my dog now has a very high quality vest. We have bought from pathfinder in the past and will continue to do so. I would highly recommend them to any customer and would encourage all readers to shop here instead of the big box stores located in Manhattan.

We normally only keep in stock training wheels for up to 20 inch bikes, but we can order in ones to fit a 24" wheel. There are some details to figure out, though. If it is a single speed bike, this will be a pretty easy job and there are training wheels in the $30-40 range. If the bike has multiple gears in back, only the "heavy duty" version will fit, which is about $130. Give us a call at 785-539-5639 and we can talk it over! -Ben Sachs
Hi Jenny, it depends on what sort of wobbly wheel you are talking about. If this is a wheel with a metal rim and spoke in which the spokes have gotten out of balance and the rim has gotten out of true, we can fix that. More likely, though, is that by wobble you mean that while you are jogging with it, the front wheel swivels back and forth on its caster joint. This is a fairly common issue with jogging strollers but is near impossible to fix. Your best bet in this case is just to fix/clamp the wheel into its straight forward position when jogging with the stroller. Hope that helps. If you have more questions, give us a call!
The only used bikes that we sell are kids’ bikes, with 12 to 24 inch wheels. We will take trade-ins of bikes that we had originally sold new as the kiddos are ready for the next size up, then fix them up to sell again.
About $30 for the store to install it for you.
