walked 3ft out of the store and dropped my piece that i had just bought and it shattered…. obviously wasn’t wrapped up very well. if it were wrapped with bubble wrap or something other than the cheap packing they used it wouldn’t have broken. asked if i could get some sort of discount and they said no. Last year I also bought a piece from here and it had a crack in the bottom and we had to glue it. bad business and never going back….

Not that I'm aware of. My understanding is it's only available online even tho it's not illegal. You're better to go online bc I'm sure it would be cheaper. Idk if they would know what that is. Good luck!
