ER nurses Nishia and Robben were just horrible to a patient and other staff. I can't believe people, let alone nurses, have such ugly unkind hearts. Short chubby Nishia (may be spelling her name wrong) constantly rolled her eyes and instigated issues with other nurses. Just horrible. Glad she wasn't my nurse! She mostly just sat and caused issues, I never saw her actually do anything for patients besides yell at one who didn't look well. Robben at least got up when patients yelled for help, but you can tell she does not have any compassion. I felt bad for the little old lady throwing up in the hall and left alone while Robben flirted with the police officers nearby. She was such grough heavy-handed unempathetic person. Don't they screen for this?

I believe you can just walk in, but you may have to call for a same day appointment. There have been a lot of changes at the hospital recently, so I suggest you call them and ask what you need to do and make your decision from there. It doesn't hurt to confirm so you don't waste your time.
They don't do implants as far o know
so when it is almost 5:30 am for example at 5:29:30, call the number. It works for me
If they see fit, yes. But the wait time can be crazy. Remember, highland is Amanda Heath Systems, so any of there hospital ( excited John George and maybe Fairmont). Good luck
Call in is at 430a m-f for the dentist
yes they deal with any surgery that has something to do with severe trauma

I believe its now from Monday through Friday and every other Saturday but you have to call early in the morning to make an appointment for that day. You'll be better off going to Western Dental ...
No. Only week days
General medicine doctors. May refer you
Call the dental clinic early or come a 7 am tomorrow and you'll be able to go schedule a appointment in person
Depending on your age..but I dont see why can't you get vaccine..talk to your healthcare provider
Can it hurt to go to the emergency room. At least you're no good or bad.
Go to highlands medical records office and put in a request
The testing site is in the upper level of the parking garage of the Highland Care Pavillion parking lot on the Valecito st side. It's not the emergency dept parking lot, it is located on the far side from 14th street over the hill

I don't think so. You would mostly have to get it from the alameda county records office or the courthouse. https://www.cdph.ca.gov/Programs/CHSI/Pages/Obtaining-Certified-Copies-Online.aspx
Yes you most certainly can,as a matter of fact I was recently forced into the E.R for a excruciating abscess and thankfully I was helped and out of there in less than an hour
Yes
Call the main number, ask for medical records and ask them
Dental clinic is not open on weekends. Come in at 5am on Monday to make it in. If you're having too much pain to wait until then you can go to ER to get a numbing injection that lasts a while and some antibiotics
Yes, but you'll have to go to the dental clinic
Yes they can
They will also sign you up for the Obama plan
Call the main hospital line and they would direct you in the right direction
It depends on what department and how full they are
@Tracy I just called and they said that’s how they did it 2 years ago. But I need to call on the dot since it really does all fill up that fast.
Please call the clinic and schedule
Try asking that question to google.
Yes they do. The name of the clinic is called ENT. Ear nose and throat clinic.

Always. Probably the best place to start.
Get to the er at 530am and start calling dental clinic from there. That way you can just walk over once you have an appointment. It fills up fast so otherwise you'll miss it.
Try Google. If that doesn't work, walk into ER and they'll give you a list of their providers and clinics.
They'll see you for anything

They did at one time . .. call and ask the operator
You can but do you really want to? There could be a long wait time before they can give you another surgery date and anything can happen. Personally I say get it out of the way so you can feel better asap
Close to none as there are usual many patients in line for specialty clinics. But you can try daily as there may be a cancellation for that certain day.
Call they don't usually ask for money up front... they'll help you get insured or get you some temporary insurance
Depends which service you're going to visit. Or if you've an appointment or not
If you're going to visit someone, yes there are different hours for different departments depending on where the patient is being kept. So it's best to call or checkout their website...

Yes, the worker is great and has helped me out a few times. Patients Affairs
I am sorry Daniel, I don't know??😳 Please call erly at 5:00am They are really. Good👍 they did a work that my dentist diren't know.
If you feel like you need to go into to er, then go. Don't ask anyone online. Trust yourself instead. However if you don't think you need the er, which is likely, since a high pulse isn't exactly an emergency, you may make an appointment with a doctor at adult medicine. They can see if anything else is wrong for your pulse to be changing like that. You can ask them about insurance. If you go to the er, they have to accept you and treat you, even if you have no insurance.
The K building is where the emergency room is. To get upper/lower floors of the K building, take the elevator next to the emergency room.
