Hello I have a high pulse since yesterday its been from 105 pulse and it went down to 81 but still high for my normal should I go to the emergency? And would they give a temporary insurance because I don't have one.

If you feel like you need to go into to er, then go. Don't ask anyone online. Trust yourself instead. However if you don't think you need the er, which is likely, since a high pulse isn't exactly an emergency, you may make an appointment with a doctor at adult medicine. They can see if anything else is wrong for your pulse to be changing like that. You can ask them about insurance. If you go to the er, they have to accept you and treat you, even if you have no insurance.
