We have been coming here for various forms of care for years now. I've come to know a lot of the staff very well. The office manager (in charge of the front desk) is such a kind, compassionate and beautiful woman. She is very sincere and welcoming. The woman who assist with insurance and other matters is also amazing! Very kind, helpful and sincere as well. A handful of the nurses are incredible. The female practitioner is AMAZING she has loads of clients but makes it a point to truly know and listen to each individual's needs and concerns. On the dental side the Dr/Dentist is our absolute favorite. She is a literal Saint. I am truly in awe of her abilities in handling children not to mention her skill set. The office can become extremely busy at times with people from all walks of life in there. Which raises wait times, but the incredible staff make the experience worth it. From my experience, they do not listen to their patients needs or have the decency to call back with any explanations after i called 3 times requesting to speak to the NP. Once I did speak to someone, 5 minutes before closing, I was told that they would prescribe me a medication that I already have, and know does not help for my particular needs since I've had this same medical condition since I was 10-11 years old. It's unfortunate that they do not take patients prior conditions and current circumstances into consideration when "helping" a patient, if that's what you want to call it. Yet, it could just be the provider I dealt with. But as for the provider I visited, I do not appreciate the poor treatment and disrespect I received. Then I reached out to them again on a Tuesday at 1:30pm, was told I would be called back shortly. I did not hear back from them at all on Tuesday. So called again on Wednesday around 1pm, was told I would be called back. Never received a call back after calling back 3 seperate times, 3pm, 4pm and 4:45pm. This is absolutely awful customer service. I am extremely upset with being totally ignored after multiple times of being told they would call me back shortly. Possibly the worst service I have ever received from a medical facility.
