Excellent place to live if your a senior citizen. No gangs around here, police dept and fire dept. one block away. Good management...strict and responsible. They keep us safe and comfortable. Maintence is great, fixes apartment problems in timely manner. Apartment inspections done monthly. Close to grocery stores and public transportation. I love it here...

I don't know if they have any apartments available, usually there is a waiting list, but they do allow pets.
