With all the HIPPA rules, your best option would be to call the location in question and speak with someone in the Human Resource Dept. they may be able to help you.
You should first report to the shift CTS and then the Q. After that is either Risk Management and then the Administrator.
It is a intermediate facility, so yes!! Their goal is to provide ppl with supports & services which will give them the tools needed to ultimately be placed into the community
