Broke down Appartments, bug infestations, drug dealers and users, thefts on a regular basis, manager harrasments, and poor quality play equipment are just a few if the issues you will face if you or your family move into Parsons Village.

Lived here 9 yrs and it's a community where it is peaceful and there are areas for children to play and our animals are safe as well. There is no bomming music or violence and very afforable. The grounds are kept up and maintenance is always avainile.

Yes, we are income based and we currently have a 2 bedroom available.

Are there other apartments as these and one level in other states as Parsons Villige. Low income based and do transfers as ive lived the one in Parsons 11 yrs. Apt 118

We do have apartments in other communities, however it's not possible to transfer from one to the other. You can apply for another location and move as a new tenant.
