Rudest employees I have seen at any of the local stores. Many of my packages have not made it to the amazon returns center. Hmmmm.

You really need employees with better attitudes. Without even asking what my name is, the woman behind the counter on 9/3 when you first opened was really rude and hateful with me. Didn't even greet me then said I had to come back. I couldn't go back because the ride I had couldn't bring me back. The woman just needs a better attitude when dealing with people.

We brought an Amazon package in, to be returned to Amazon. And found that it was never shipped from the store or someone has definitely been dishonest about our package and have stolen it or have lost it. I would not trust this UPS store. Tried calling to work things out and have not responded.

Not sure about the Springfield Missouri to New Haven Connecticut. But the people there are very courteous and kind and helpful.

I not trying to be cheep, just BROKE! LOL I have this pre-printed pre-paid ups lable 4 2 packages. Im disabled & must take the bus. The instrucitons state I can drop off the two boxes at your store R there any other fees?

If you have pre paid lables then no all you have to do is drop them off no other fee will be added

UPS will deliver packages on Saturday if the package is processed as a Saturday delivery. Ground packages brought to The UPS Store on Friday after UPS picks up from the store and Saturday packages will leave on Monday. The exception being express shipments processed at the store before the UPS Saturday pick up time will be picked up on Saturday.
