This is the worst transportation service that i have ever used. The drivers are NEVER on time. Several customers have made complaints and they ignore and continue to provide bad service. I was sent back home from work because i was picked up late. Its the people who works in dispatch. All of them needs to be fired. I would not recommend this service to anyone. Access sucks!

Mario. And Maria were very kind and polite. But the service runs late always and I've been added to their manifest 2xs instead of being on a route. Nathan in Customer service was soooo very patient and polite. He walked through the access app and helped me to get mine working correctly.. The general service needs extreme improvements and upgrading..

I’ll start off by saying that I was a Certified Professional Chauffeur for 30+ years owned and operated Transportation services in Palm Springs and greater Los Angeles. Not a driver. Yes I have to use this service due to my disabilities, I was hit by a vehicle while on my motorcycle. When the pandemic hit Los Angeles they stopped doing multiple riders, okay that was pretty nice. Since Los Angeles has gone to the (COVID) lowest tier it seems like they are trying to make up for lost revenue, each ride is only $2.75 so I do not understand their current tactics. Cramming everyone into whatever vehicle is available. I’m 6’5” tall and have severe damage to both of my legs due to an accident. They send the smallest Prius with someone already in the vehicle and expect my Caregiver and myself to get in. Unfortunately I have to sit in the backseat behind the front passenger seat with that seat pushed all the way forward in order to accommodate my stature. Complaint after complaint, I was advised to request a van each and every time but would have to be approved for that before I’m taken seriously. The forms were to be sent via email and snail mail yet nothing has been received after 4x of the documents being requested. Drivers falling asleep at the wheel, drivers getting lost even though GPS is telling them what to do, dispatch not dispatching correctly, Customer Service is terribly trained, so bad that I cannot blame anyone except MANAGEMENT. They are the true incompetent employees here. Training your staff in the correct procedures should be paramount. I gave 3 stars for the professionalism of some of the professional drivers. There are few but those few do need to be recognized. When booking allow yourself 2 hours prior to your appointment and at least the same if not more time to get back. I could go on and on with my displeasure but I do have to use this service so I shall deal with the mud but I will say something about it.

Sure Beats taking the bus! As a Access X TAP pass user for the past years I have loved everything about this company. They reserve your ride and they customize the things your way, the ride with a pass only is a dollar or 2. The drivers are always nice, they also have fancy vehicles and it is worth it. They saved us cuz 2 years ago we almost had to take the bus to Disneyland for my birthday so thanks access you are a great part of my life :)

My friend is on SSI and she’s able to take the bus everywhere around the city without any problem ,she has access For her trip to Disneyland ,so I would say yes the best part is she get a free bus pass to go anywhere she wants.

I've traveled with a 2 year old I once babysat. All you do is tell them you have however many guests. The first is free. Others are a charger to help cover the expenses.

I'm not 100% sure but if you have a disability or you are taking prescribed medications...and I believe that they might do some sort of physical exam there.... at least that's what I've heard. Give them a call
For the LA basin you can call reservations the day before your trip, reservation lines are open from 6a-10p

Feb 21,2022 approx 7:20am My elderly mother wait for Access yellow ride. She looks outside they there . No one calledor text to inform her. Her Dr. appt. In Garden.The male proceed to drive east towards Compton,CA next he's back into a alley & sit for 20 minutes she is scared for her safety don't know what's going on. She's scared parked in a ALLEY with a new driver. She feels her safety is being jeopardized.she wants to leave. He say's he waiting for someone in the Alley. She's her nervous & scare and ready to go. She tells the Dr. What happens & calls . What the Hell is going here . Please reprimand this employee . Y She has never experience a situation like this before.SCARY
