For next day resignations it's everday from 6:00am-10:00pm For customer service it's 8:00am-5:00pm. ( weekdays only)
As far as I know they are open the whole week from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. so that everyone can schedule their next day reservations to be picked up. But I think they close customer services at 5:00 p.m. I am not really sure what the business hours for this facility are but I suggest that you call them or go to their website for more information.
