Horrible service very rude cashier's. The white guy during the daytime should not be in charge of that place he's just as bad. What you need to do is promote Ashley from 38th and Chestnut. You got a good crew at that store. If I was in charge I will promote a few from the 38th and Chestnut store. Like people say sometimes they roll their eyes at you you get the food it's not that great missing things like Mayo I hate eating a dry sandwich. I don't think they deserve 15 bucks an hour the day crew. If you're tired of the attitudes and rude service at Wawa go to Old Nelson's better treatment better attitudes better food let's take Wawa down.

Awful Awful customer service cashier are just out right rude. The cashier literally rolled her eyes and walked away from I never been treated so poorly when spending my money.

Disclaimer: I did not order food from this Wawa and most of the complaints about this location seem to be about the food service. Here's are the highlight of this Wawa: PROs: - VERY CLEAN: this Wawa is new and they have one a good job of keeping it fresh inside - GREAT LOCATION: I love that this Wawa is mainly one you walk to - when I was growing up Wawas were only in the 'burbs and its surreal to see them on blocks in the city CONs: - SELECTION: stock looked low for most of their prepared foods - which I think is the main draw of Wawa these days - SERVICE: the line was seven people long when I went to check out and there didn't seem to be any urgency by the staff to get another cashier All in all, not the best Wawa but very convenient so I'm sure you'll use it. I would try to hit it early or during non-peak hours.
