The location is tiny, shop it's difficult to sit comfortably. Also, while I appreciate the ambiance and everyone enjoying themselves, the music was so LOUD. I started to get a headache after a while.

This Starbucks seems to operate however they want. Today’s instance was walking up to the store, seeing customer’s inside, and then an employee blocking the door immediately telling everyone they’re closed today. Again, while random people were inside with drinks? The employee said “yeah, 10 o’clock am.” They’re supposed to be open until 8 pm, lol. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this at this location either.

Very upset bc usually this service is okay. but today I asked for a Trenti/large WITH VANILLA AND SOY. and an oatmeal with soy. get all the way home and take a sip only to see he put no vanilla. when I said WITH VANILLA TWICE. clearly. it's not loud so I with vanilla and soy how do you miss. oatmeal! the wasn't aware they didn't have fruit until I was handed the oat meal, get home and open it up there's barely any soy milk in it. its dry and as you can see in the picture they clearly didn't put enough in it. starbucks is expensive and this was just a waste of money and a trip as this is the closes one to me 15 mins away
