i work for this company at a different location and im embarrassed to say that i work for this company after seeing this hotel. The front desk clerk was nice but the room was atrocious. it smelled like cigarettes and i had booked a deluxe suite with a sofa sleeper for a reasons since i was traveling with three people and the sofa sleeper would’ve been for one of them. instead we just had the two queen beds which made it awkward cause now we had to decide who slept together. i had called and confirmed my confirmation earlier in the day and the girl had told me my room was going to be on the first floor which was perfect. until when i arrived, i was on the 3rd floor. parking is 10 dollars? and i had to put down a deposit which no one had told me about even tho i called TWICE. honestly really awful experience.

This place is a nightmare. We checked in and the assistant (Nikia) at the front desk attitude was horrible, absolutely nasty and disrespectful for no reason. We get to the room, pulled the sheets back to check for cleanliness and discovered huge blood stains on the mattress. The mattress was encased in a white cover but the blood stains were so deep and big that you could see them through the cover. We reported the information to the front desk and Nikia said there were no other rooms available then walked away without saying anything. After about 5 minutes she returned and did not address the room situation but told us we owed $10 for parking per day. We told her the site where we booked the room showed free parking was available. She then said you guys have a dog so you have to pay for that as well. My friend had already addressed that when we booked the room. She came up with every excuse that she could to get more money from us but she did not want to give us a different room. I finally ask for her to return our money and we would leave. Another young lady with red dreads (no name tag) came to assist Nikia with the return and both of them were speaking rudely about us while we waited for a refund. After a while, the girl with the dreads slammed paperwork face down on the counter and walked away. My friend asked what it was and the young lady replied that's your receipt. My friend said well why didn't you say anything, the young lady replied it's not my fault that you can't hear. We did not get an instant refund. We are still waiting on the refund. I suggest no one patronize this establishment. If mattresses are blood-soaked, they should be discarded. You can catch anything from sleeping on a blood-soaked bed. We have pictures. We were too afraid to unzip the mattress cover to take pictures close up but you can see the stains through the cover. This place and it's employees are simply disgusting and rude. They should fire the whole front desk staff and start over.

Big rooms, kitchen is old not fancy but everything works. Liked the floor layout of the room had plenty of sunlight, AC was nice and silent beds were comfy. Breakfast is just a coffee and muffin so need to plan for breakfast. Very close to wawa so you will be fine. All the airport car rentals are 5 mins drive away so very good location. Nothing fancy about this place but gets all your job done. Good experience.

When we arrived the hotel smelled like Marijuana and something else I can't describe it didn't smell fresh, mind you I have 2 kids, the lady was rude upon check in, the room wasn't what I paid for, it was dirty and we didn't feel safe, the microwave did not work, their was no utensils, pot's, pan's nothing which in the past when I get rooms equipped with a full kitchen those things are provided, no cups or coffee no plates. The pictures of hotel are deceiving online, we ended up checking out the very next day and found something way better. The hotel manager was also rude apon check out and acted like she didn't even care that we were leaving. Also someone called to check on us from hotel and told us she recommends us to stay else where next time she apologized and said she would talk to those folks. I was pleased to hear that much but if a manager recommends a better hotel then you know something is wrong. First time in Philly and it was a disaster. Let alone we were their for a funeral.
