Felt safe. Its a block up from my hotel on Archer St. I paid for 4 days in advance as it was cheaper then valeting with my hotel. If you have a plastic view on your wallet or badge the reader can pick up the barcode through the film -trick saved me a lot of time to keep up with the ticket and keeping it straight. Parking during the week is cheaper but be careful to park in the red reserved spaces in the noon time if your only visiting the Terminal Market for the day; luckily located across the street from the garage.

They are scammers. I paid on ParkWhiz in advance, but when I went to leave they refused to honor it and made me pay much higher rates than agreed. I should have been suspicious why they were offering such lower rates than other garages nearby. I'm doing a chargeback but save yourself the time, the owner needs to go to prison.

We came from out of state to take my son to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. We parked here overnight while staying at a nearby hotel. We paid $43 to park and the next morning, we came out to our window smashed into my daughter’s car seat. Someone broke into our truck, the truck next to ours and the truck a little ways down. They are denying liability and it is going to cost me $500+ for the damage as they tried to get in through the door before smashing the window. It’s very odd to me that the part of the garage where the cameras don’t show is where this happened but when I went to complain about it to management, they were already aware and very nonchalant about it. Don’t park here overnight!

Make sure to have your parking ticket stamped by a vendor in Reading terminal market. And you don't have to pay at the vending machines in the lobby once you come back. Otherwise, parking attendant might be able to do something....Today, we had a great time at the market. However, the parking costs us $32 for 2 hours 4 minutes, almost as much as we spent at the market. Hopefully, you can learn our lesson.
