Great location, recently renovated, seems quite secure, though it's on the pricy side. I came here based on a picture I saw on Google Maps with pricing but it's significantly more expensive as of August 2022. Unfortunately by the time you see the prices you're already down and you can't reverse up the ramp. Attached picture with new prices. I also had an issue with my card on exit but calling assistance worked and managed to fix it quite quickly (though I really struggled to hear the person so had to turn off the engine and get our of the car). Overall a 3.5/5. There are better options, but this also works.

I haven't had that happen to me. generally the safest bet to lock in the special day rates is scanning your code from the app at the gate.
When you come to love park. theres a ramp on arch st between 16th & 15th st. Which will take you under love park & in order to park you can use iparkit or push for a ticket. Then you can park, make sure you park where it do not say reserved or handicap
This is one of the few locations that allows in and out access on a daily pass
