Yes, we partner with United Way to help people who are in need pay bills including rent and utilities when the budget is tight. Individuals and families in need in Marshall County are able to participate in this program once every 12 months.
Yes, The Salvation Army of Marshalltown is a licensed childcare facility, offering kids between first and sixth grades a safe place to enjoy activities during the summer and after school. We also offer a Wednesday evening Kids Club for children in grades 1-12. Call the corps for more information about after-school/summer care or the Kids Club.
We do not accept donations at the corps, but please call us to find The Salvation Army donation drop-off location nearest you or to schedule a pick-up of your items.
