Not very nice

Always nice and knowledgeable staff working and the security guards are also nice. The building is always clean. The only reason I won't give it 5 stars is because the wait time is always so long and there's only one person working. Don't go unless you have 30 minutes of time or more to wait.

Identification card, proof of your address (like a piece of mail addressed to you), and possibly your birth certificate, I believe. It will cost you to get a new one, too.
