Great service yes but that is completely ruined by the fact you cannot call the actual business and instead get routed to a call center who has no clue about anything and only refer you to the website which in my case doesnt help seeing as they only show you the inventory on the lot and i need to ask about the battery rack. Less than satisfied.

Sometimes you hit the parts you need some times you spend 3 bucks and there's nothing. You never know. Helped me a few times definitely !!!!!!

They promised my mother a specific amount - over the phone - for her car, then didn't give her the amount they agreed to after towing it away, reportedly because mice or other small animals made their home in it during the four years it sat without moving. They knew it had been sitting for four years, and that it was not a functional vehicle, and only good for parts. After my initial review (which wasn't very nice) they called and made every effort to fix their error, which we appreciated.

I have purchased both my vehicles here and bought many tires and parts as needed just because I loved the staff always super friendly. I just recently purchased my second vehicle this year from a lady working the counter Shawna, she was very unfriendly acted like it was a hassle to wait on me and didn't seem to have a clue what she was doing. Bring Marcia back she was awesome and one of the reasons I kept coming back.

Kenny U-Pull does not take tires or rims unless you sell them as part of a whole vehicle. AIM Recycling, located at the same place, does take rims however and will pay you based on the weight in metal.

Hi Chris, Thank you for your question. Yes, it is possible to bring your tools to remove the parts. However, some tools are not allowed in the yard, such as jacks, grinders and torches. Some branches also offer the possibility to rent tools.

They don't have a parts inventory. They have a list of cars but you would have to go over and physical check to see what is still on the cars.
Yes, check the website first too see about there inventory about the car your looking for. I think transmissions go for $160.00 +tax and core.its tge best price in town and around if your able to pull your self!!! Hope i helped....
