8/16/22 2 grandkids, my daughter and myself went inside this place of business, ordered our meals and looked around for a table. 3 tables were being used, the rest, every one of them was dirty. Napkins, straws, crumbs, etc... We had to ask for a cloth to wash our table. There were hardly anymore customers, not busy at all. My daughter and grandson went to get packets to go with the meal and the packets were covered with something sticky. Thought maybe one had broken open, was not the case. Don't know why they were all so sticky. Got our meal, the mac and cheese looked fine until you dug into it and it was all burnt on the bottom. You couldn't eat it, was not just a little burnt. I don't know who has the job of cleaning tables, but it wasn't done and not because they were busy. 2 of the cooks were standing around talking and the cashier was doing nothing, I'm sure one of them could have cleaned the tables. Either you have a lazy bunch of employees or they have not been trained to work there. Please get it together. I'm sure you don't want to lose customers.

Ordered largest bucket of chicken and was told it would be 15-20 minutes, which led me to believe they didn’t have that many pieces already made and would have to make more. I said fine and was told to pull-up. Not two minutes later, I was given a full bucket of chicken. When I got home, I could see there were two different kinds of chicken. I had specifically ordered the style without dairy, as my daughter is allergic. For their convenience, they added in another style of chicken which did have dairy and could have made my daughter sick if I hadn’t caught it. They are dishonest and dangerous imo. Food safety is so basic to what they do and they don’t meet the standard!

Always slow, owner/manager refuses to pay enough wage to staff it properly, simple as that. If you cant pay enough to keep employees, it's time to sell. Cleanliness is also a visibly apparent issue.

Horrible experience, let’s start with the drive thru. I waited over an hour for 10 cars in front of me. It was only 9:45pm.. Next was the person in front of me who was throwing all of their car trash out his window. When I got to the window, there is a minimum of 5 staff working, but not one adult in there. They’re all teenagers with no guidance. The food I ordered was already cold when I received it.. Im extremely confused on why the food was cold when I waited over an hour in a 200 foot drive thru. Not only was the time horrible and the food was cold, the chicken sandwiches are awful! The chicken sandwiches as you can see in the photos are made wrong. A spicy chicken sandwich with no modifications were made to the sandwich. No pickles on either, one chicken sandwich was refrigerator cold with 2 chicken nuggets and so much sauce! The chicken sandwich that is mostly right has almost no sauce. I ordered 3 additional chicken breasts and each one is not only over cooked and dry, but they were cold too. For over an hour of waiting, I EXPECT it to be cooked to order. Ridiculous theft of $40.
