Good place to wash clothes & friendly staff but wash machines, dryers, even vending machines brake down too often. Also, they've removed their WiFi and the place itself is starting to crumble too as the ceiling is largely gone from one side of it. Doesn't affect the washes as long as there is a working machine available. Prices have risen a bit from when they first open by a dollar on every version of a wash machine and currently their no longer s 24/7 laundry as they now close at 10:30 pm. Still have free dries for every machine you use (you get 4 dries for every one machine) and I think they still have their free soap and $2.00 machine special. Still recommend for now.

I love that I can see the water levels. My clothes don't look like they are dry washing!But hate in the 4 times I've been there the hot water is COLD!! When I bring it to the persons in charge I'm told o it was hot earlier or it was reported and they will fix it . I said I've been there 4 times. My first experience was great. That's what made me want to come back and I have a laundry room in my building!! Can a person get hot water please and yes I've chosen the proper program for my clothes!

Worst laundromat ever, the staff there are rude and use lots of preference. Racism still exists because I experienced it for the first time of my life today at this wack as laundromat. Besides that they loose your clothes when u drop off they also take your personal belongings out of the dryer without your permission. I don’t suggest this place if you want to be treated unequally. I hope they shut it down soon.
