Paid $30 for the wash and fold service only to have all my clothes come back with heavy oil stains on them. None of the clothes were stained before I dropped them off. I went back to ask if they would fix the stains or even give me a refund. Got screamed at by the woman who said it was all my fault. Then she stormed to the back and never came out. Lost about 8 dress shirts, 4 pairs of pants and a number of t-shirts. Awful.

Excellent service. $10 to wash and dry a large amount of clothes. The laundromat is also close to Murray Hill diner - allowing you to have an excellent breakfast while waiting for your clothes to wash and dry.
