When I went was about $ 7, the very kind girl explained everything to me, the drying is for time, you are throwing coins until it is dry or as you want it. In the morning it is not very busy, washing and drying will take half an hour or forty minutes. If you want them to wash their clothes, I suppose it will be more expensive but you leave everything and when you return you have it washed and dry. They also do iron service.
