I've come to this nail spot off and on since I've moved to Norfolk from VB a few years ago. Honestly the work isn't great, but I come because I get pretty simple nails, they take walk-ins and it's close to my house. My biggest complaint is that after about 2 weeks my acrylic nails would start popping off like they were press on. I've had them do not what I asked for at all, and didn't have time to ask for it to be fixed since the service took a long time. The final straw was when I came for a full set as a walk-in. They said to sign in and wait, which is fine since I didn't have an appointment. But after an hour of waiting with no acknowledgment from any of the employees I finally just left. I really feel that even if someone is a walk in, if it's going to be THAT long of a wait they should be told it would be over an hour, or to come back another time/day. All in all, their are way better salons to go to.

While getting my lashes done the lady got the eye lash glue in my eye my feet are still hard after my pedicure I figure since I couldn't see they didn't have to do the best they could.... haven't been able to see for 6 hour out of my left eye might have to go to emergency room... then when I called to get information about what got in my eye they said I look fine when. I left while time I couldn't see and had to get help.from my uber driver just to get my eye open to buckle the seat belt..

I waited a week to post this response to see how my nails stood up. I took my time in looking at the work of all salons near me an this one had the best presentation by far! I am highly impressed! After a week, no chips, crack, or bubbles.Upon getting here with an appointment I was greeted promptly by the staff. My significant other and I both received a pedicure, and I also received a full pink and white set. These people are very caring about their customer's needs and meticulous with their work. By far the best pedicure we have both received in a long time. This will definitely be my new salon.
