I worked with Gill and he is amazing. This is my boyfriend and I's first apartment. Gill made the process suoer easy and he is super nice and informative. Great sense of humor and people skills too. We got the 2 bedroom with a den and it was the best choice. It has a space on one side of the den that I use as an office. And a big den. The apartment complex is quiet where i am and everything is so clean. We also had maintenance come by a few times when we needed them and they were quick to respond. This has been a great place to live so far. I hope the photos help those looking at the 2 br 1 bath with den.

I recently moved in here at Pinewood with my husband. We absolutely love it! It is perfect for a family, very pet friendly and is so safe. There are plenty of lights on at night so you don’t have to be worried when you take the dog out! Carolyn was also very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed! Very happy to have a great person who helped guide us!

My experience with Megan was flawless! She was so flexible and answered all my questions immediately. She made the process so easy and not stressful at all. Carolyn helped me with the final paperwork and she too was so thorough and easy to work with. What could've been an overwhelming experience, Megan and Carolyn made it go so smoothly. The apartment was totally renovated, clean and beautiful. So grateful for both of them!

Just saw my apartment and it’s beyond my expectations. Office staff is very helpful especially Amber which is the one who helped me with my lease , maintaining keys, and all of that good stuff. She told me step by step what to expect in the most real exceptions. The application process was pretty easy. only took about a day, I left the office and the next day I was told I was approved. Looking forward to the rest of my time here which such helpful staff x
