This is a nice Zoo with a variety of animals for a family or couple to enjoy. The prices for admission are reasonable and I even received a discount for showing my college identity card. There is a cool little train ride that is great for kids and a fountain area near the entrance to cool you off. Some animals were not visible or were out of their exhibits but that was mainly due to the heat.

Very beautiful zoo, I especially loved the reptile area. I took about 3.5 hours to walk it by myself. Not as big as some others I've visited, but definitely less crowded and worth the trip.

Lovely zoo. $18 ages 12+, $15 ages 2-11. Lots of parking spaces in the lot. Exhibits are clean and well-kept. Particularly the open giraffe and rhino exhibits were great. We also really enjoyed the reptile area which is near the exit…a lot of interesting things in there that you can get pretty close to. Café (the one opened at the time) was about average, both in food and prices, for what you’d expect for a zoo. ($5 hot dog, $7 chicken tenders, $5 fries, $8 hamburger, $3-5 drinks) All staff members were very nice.

This is a good zoo but we have been member’s about two years and visited several times. Most times many of the animals are off exhibit without explanation such as today. Still a pretty place. They do have a adorable baby rhino and giraffe.

All are out if its 50° or higher. If lower, most have access to an indoor inclosure or are inside. Some of the exhibits you can see inside. Even in cooler whether its a nice zoo to walk around and see even 50% of the animals
I've managed to catch them on typically clouded days. They seem to arise from their beauty rest when the weather is most appealing. Morning is your best bet.
Under 2 are free, military I believe is $13
Yes you can buy a membership every day from 10 am to 5 pm.
Adults are $15, Seniors are $13, Children are $12 & there are military, handicapped and student discounts...
Yes, I bring my double stroller all the time. There is a lot of walking, so it is a must. I think a wide jogging stroller might have trouble making it through the entry gates. If it fits on a sidewalk, you are probably good. There is an area to park them if you are going to ride the train.
No
You can take you bime inside the Norfolk Botanical Gardens, but not the Zoo.
