Jane is the best! So helpful, and really knows her stuff about sending packages, ups and passports. So grateful for her help above and beyond.

If I could give it 1/4 star I would and that would be generous. The 800 number is worthless to people who actually need to speak to a live person. I've never had this issue with other post offices before.

The person inside has always been friendly and helpful. Never any problems. Thank you so much.

I went in last week with a phone to ship back from merchant I purchased it from, I had a return label from the merchant I purchased said phone from but lady told me they can't use it. So she offered to use there label and I filled out shipping info. It cost like 5 bucks no big deal. Today I went in again to ship another phone. Same exact process, I had a return label again. This time she insisted I had to use MY return label and I needed to tape it on. I asked if they had a peice of tape but they told me I'd have to buy 6 dollar roll and tape it myself. I tried to tell her last time I just paid for them to do it but she wouldn't even listen to me, I would of TAPED it before I brought it in if I didn't have to take it off the first tike I brought first phone I shipped, last week!!!! Taped the **** out of it myself, I hope they enjoy.

Why can you NOT reach the local postal service anymore? This is nuts being on hold for an hour with a comuter!!
If you go to the website for usps you can search your the post office here in newton. There is a 800 number, then the local (316) number is below it.
No...not if you fill out the card provided at the P.O. They do charge approximately $1 if you do it online, if a website is charging more than that, they are not USPS. FYI: the name on the credit card has to match the name of the person changing their address.
