I am thankful for a good place in a small town to work out. They have great class options and you rarely have to wait to use the equipment you need.

The fact that you can only swim between 7am and 3pm while staffed is ridiculous. Normal people work those hours. Not only is the pool good therapy for me but it takes my psoriasis away. You should be able to swim anytime they are open.

Due to CDC and KDHE guidelines, we do not feel comfortable opening the Wellness Center members at this time because our current rehabilitation patients also use this space.
On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays we have Senior Splash at 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. On Tuesdays and Thursdays we have Senior Resistance at 10:00 a.m.
