Newark Enterprise will be our only car rental place from now on. Andy saved my vacation and the customer service was excellent! The Canandaigua branch messed up my reservation and I was 1 hour away from losing all my vacation reservations. Newark got me a car and on the road last minute even though it wasn't their mistake to fix. We are extremely grateful!!

I've been renting specifically from the Newark office for years. They're always helpful. Noah was on top of everything from the start. As my need for the rental stretched out, he helped me ensure I could maintain it and worked graciously around my obnoxious work/sleep hours. I do reccomend this location to anyone who needs or just wants a rental.

Last year I pre order a car months ahead planing to leave town. They call me to make sure I was still getting it.pull up they have no cars.they send me to Geneva they have no car. So I call Newark they say they should have cars in both locations. Bad management and then they were being round talking to me like I did something wrong. So I get frustrated get a attitude back. Now he wants to play scared and put me on a do not rent list. He swore at me so I figured it was ok to say how I felt. Sooo fast forward to today. My insurance set me up for a rental they go through them. Tell the guy on the phone from enterprise he says should be fine a week ago.they wake me up at 8:00 to make sure I’d be there at 11. Get there guy tells me he can’t give me a car he’ll try to call around. Knowing already that they can’t change it, but he fakes it give me a number to call they say they can’t change it... ok that would have been great info weeks ago.all around bad management. Ps today is Xmas eve im not down and out but constant inconvenience

Enterprise is my go to for car rentals due to the fact I've never had any real problems when renting from them. I had an issue with a rental in the past and they were more than accommodating. They offered to pay for a hotel even though it wasn't needed, the fact that they offered was great. Appon retuning they informed me they were applying a credit for my next car rental. They never complain if I need to change my rental dates and always help in any way they can without hesitation. I can't leave out the fact that they have unlimited miles & weekend specials to offer.
