The Arc has great venues in shops connected to its programs. On the Erie Canal side of property there is a great restaurant, ice cream shop and print shop. Great meals and a variety of menu items, 2o flavors of ice cream at the shop, and a very good quality print shop as well. There are picnic tables if you prefer to eat outdoors, a nice seating arrangement indoors, and if you want your food items boxed to picnic on the canal in the pavilion or open tables, this is another option. The quality of service is exceptional as well as the large choice of delicious items on menu. Everyday there is a special or two, plus soup of the day. The best way is to stop by and enjoy the food, ice cream and beautiful scenery of the canal. Maybe, even catch a tour boat ride to Fairport and back.

I have a friend of mine whose son is in your program. Very disappointed. What do you do to help him? He doesn’t really talk to people. He has been in your program almost two years. Still not evaluated by a psychologist. Seen no improvement. Are you under staffed? All they keep hearing is it’s a process. Maybe your programs need an outside review.
