Had a fabulous experience here. The manager Hunter is wonderful. He was very helpful and efficient. I was able to get a great data plan. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. 5/5. Would rate this. If you are At and T customer and want help with ur device or plans I highly recommend you go ti this store at the mall rather than other stores or on phone. Best customer service experience so far

Was told that the phone would be half off and that we could pay it off after a month or so. Turns out, the half price is locked in on monthly installments and if we try to pay it off in a month or so, it is full price. Rep in store grossly misrepresented the deal and policy. Update: I had emailed the given email in the owners response to this review with scans of receipt and screenshot of this review and response. Almost a week later, and after sending a reminder email - still gfno response or solution. Also a factor: We had wanted to pay full price for the phone on the spot while in the store and were told that was not a possibility. After my partner called AT&T to remove the insurance on the phone ( which we specifically did not want while in store) he was told that we actually could have paid for it as we had wanted. That is still what we want to do. Pay for the phone at the half price promotion in full now- not over a couple of years. Or, get a full refund and return the phone. Factor: we have been trying to do this BEFORE the 24th - which we are told was the last day to return the phone.

Was looking to upgrade phone and asked to see an iPhone. Clerk pulled out his personal phone and stated "this is what it looks like" (says there were no phones in store to look at). He couldn't tell me functional differences between my Note10 and an iPhone. Then he changed my phone plan without even asking me. I only found out by asking "I have an old plan. Would I need to change it to a 5G plan if I upgrade my phone?" Clerk then states "oh, I already did that while I was looking at your account" he was unable to tell me if there is a cost difference to my account. Lastly, I asked about the discount for being a nurse that I signed up for and was approved for several months ago, and he stated "yea, you'll need to sign up for that" I said "again I was already approved " he stared at me blankly didn't check on it so I left

What a great store with great staff. They got me set up with my phone in a timely manner. They got everything transferred over all my photos contacts and everything that I needed. Just ask for Hunter he’s a great guy and willing to help anyway he can.

They screwed me when I moved and had no service . Said I had to pay anyway.
