We spent over 3 hours in store trying to get an issue resolved that the Republic reseller couldn't seem to take care of. Kassandra went above and beyond and waited on hold several times with several different departments. She was great! And then Mallory got involved and was very tenacious to get us where we needed to be. We would have definitely been very frustrated being in store that long, but they are the epitomy of great customer service and didn't quit until we found a resolution. Would highly recommend working with the corporate store over the authorized resellers hands down!
