Well at first I thought it was great. I like the program and people I was working with and spent nearly 4 years. I had a rough start early on with one of the supervisors that interviewed me having harassed me outside of the workplace super hard when I was looking for a place to move. Later on being that I was never told I had offended someone to correct my own actions and they let it stack up and terminated me. This is extremely irritating because it could have easily been resolved given proper notice was given. For this negative experience and the previous experience I had with the supervisor. I rate this one star. I wish it could have been different. I hope you change your policy on this.

Only been here since late October and unlike my old jobs, the last month and a half haven't felt like a drag. Leadership and colleagues make this workplace outstanding. Keep up the good work.

Good workplace! Edit: they have gone down hill. They let me go and it was determined that it was unfair, I got unemployment no contest. I will not elaborate further as I'm not in the business of blasting former employers but since I'd already reviewed I thought I should update it to be accurate.

Worst place ever. Management will eat you alive if they feel like it. Training isn’t worth your time because everything will change anyway. The site director is untrustworthy and uncomfortable to be around. The old Program Manager threatened my job with the head of HR, and covered up a sexual harassment issue that never got fixed. It’s so toxic and horrifying. I was dragged around from team to team without time to adjust and then I was lied to constantly. The new program manager is a joke and a half, and isn’t worth even spitting on. This place is literally hell. So many people left because of the sexual harassment issues that happened. Trans people were shut down, LGBTQ+ people were invalidated. Nobody was cared for. It’s the worst place to be. If I could, I’d peel off my skin to get that much farther away from ever touching that god awful place. Gaslight central.
