It's always a good experience at this Verizon store (maybe not when it comes to the bill later...lol). The representatives are always very nice and helpful. So much better than trying to add or fix anything online or over the phone.

Honestly this store is ridiculous. When I originally switched to VZ years ago I left a 5 star review, but my most recent experience has me questioning continuing service. I wanted to buy a phone at full retail price and activate it on my Verizon account that day. The rep (didn’t catch the rep’s name unfortunately) rudely refused to help me and said it wasn’t possible to buy it at retail price (BLATANTLY lying to my face) and told me to leave and go to Apple. I literally turned around and placed the order online for store pickup at the very same store, took it home, and activated it myself. It was such a horrible customer experience- no wonder Verizon is bleeding customers.
