They were the nicest US Cellular workers i’ve ever worked with! they were extremely helpful and so kind and understanding with any questions i had. They even stayed late on a friday night to help me set up my new phone! 10/10 recommend this location.

Terrible phone provider! Go anywhere else. I don’t have hardly any reception anywhere, especially in the middle of Springfield! Calls drop all the time, and their bill is too expensive every month!! I find myself struggling to pay my bill for just 2 lines every single month despite the service being complete trash. I regret signing up for this provider, can’t wait for my contract to be up here soon so I can drop these guys for good.

IF I COULD GIVE IT A -1 STAR I WOULD. IVE BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY FOR 18 + YEARS, MY PHONE WONT HOLD A CHARGE NOR MAKE NORMAL CALLS, I WENT TO UPGRADE IT TODAY AND THE GUY WORKING DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE OR GIVE ME SUGGESTIONS IS TO WHAT I SHOULD DO, HE IGNORED ME WHEN I TOLD HIM I COULD ONLY MAKE EMERGENCY CALLS, HE DIDN'T GIVE ME HIS NAME EITHER HE WAS VERY RUDE ABD DIDN'T WANT TO HELP, THIS ISN'T THE ONLY TIME EITHER YOU WOULD THINK Of CUSTOMER SERVICE AS HELPING OTHERS THAT CAME INTO THERE STORE NOT THIS ONE. THIS IS TERRIBLE HOW THEY TREAT THERE CUSTOMERS.

Yes, they have routers that run off of their towers.
They dont sell batteries. Check with Cell Phone savers.
