So a rating of 5 if you go on a slow weekday - 1 if you go on a busy weekend since there is no supervision of parking and all spots were ICE'd today. Too bad - right off the thruway with some great restaurants but you can't count on it even if charge point say they are available. Recommendation to management - move them up one or two levels where people don't want to park in those spaces.

Yes. But you need a charge point account. In the parking garage there are two elevations of chargers. The second story usually has some ICE'D spots. Check the top floor.
