I would give NO stars if possible. Just waited in an empty ER for over an hour. Saw a make pretend doctor once. Nurse never came in. Absolutely a disgrace. I went because of my back and new numbness in my feet. An EMERGENCY. This should be shut down and those medical "professionals " should be charged with neglect.

I was severely sick with COVID they refused to treat me and sent me away without treatment. I went to Wentworth Douglass directly after and was admitted for 3 weeks for COVID and pneumonia. Frisbee could have killed me if I had gone home like they told me to do instead of going to an actual hospital that recognized my condition.

Absolutely the most disorganized, uncaring, insensitive hospital I've ever seen. My mother was discharged to hospice on 11/2 and passed away on 11/25/21. On 11/29 we received an appointment reminder for her cancer treatment - she had been in hospice and died - once a patient is discharged to hospice, all treatments have to stopped and the appointments taken off the schedule. This did not happen. They added insult to injury by sending a patient satisfaction survey on 12/9/21. She's been gone for two weeks already. I am sickened by the calloused management of her care for the short time - just six months - that they provided. From changed appointment times to uncompleted lab work that required us to come back again another time - due to their incompetence (a 68-mile round trip) - with barely an apology for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd post a review for a hospital before, but today's survey for an appointment that didn't happen but was kept on the books for someone who was discharged to hospice over a MONTH ago, is unforgivable. Steer clear of this place at all costs! UPDATE - There was a response from someone from FMH that they'd be in touch with me - no dice. Further proof they don't care and patients really don't matter - just the bottom line.

Worst experience ever. I took my husband to the ER because he had severe vomiting and couldn’t keep anything down. Came to this hospital and the nurse was so unprofessional and rude. She kept rolling her eyes at every single question I asked or my husband did. My husband was having shivering due to being so sick from throwing up and had to ask numerous times for a blanket. Oh and to top it all off she put us in a dirty ROOM. With someone eles blood all over the floor and a jelly packet on the floor. The room was DISGUSTING. I am pregnant and I can only imagine how and what your maternity wards look like. I am so disgusted. I also took pictures and videos of the room we were put it if you truly want me to post those as well.

Moe, Yes, we accept Cigna insurance. We recommend policyholders contact their insurance company in advance to make sure that the services required are "covered services" under their specific plan. If they are not "covered," then the patient would be considered "uninsured" for these services.
I believe it was 1918. Not sure of the month and day.
Not sure where you get your facts but they don't care where you go or if you have a ride. Or if you have no shoes. I know this from what I experienced. If you're basing your comment on facts you better check those facts again.
They are there to preserve life not end it. They can help with make it more comfortable for the end of life cycles
If you call their office, they will let you know their educator ' name.
