Not sure where you get your facts but they don't care where you go or if you have a ride. Or if you have no shoes. I know this from what I experienced. If you're basing your comment on facts you better check those facts again.
My answer is based on having a nurse /doctor on duty actually caring about patient, instead of treating them like a repair shop - 'yes, I fixed you - now go away.' Not usually, if you answered positive for home safety no doubt they would call in the police and would want to know where you were going. In mental health cases they would want to know where you were going answers whether or not you people there that could watch out for you.
