Over-priced for something so basic. You only get two manicotti which was cooked uneven and had little flavor. We also got the mushroom sauce pasta which seemed to be mushrooms mixed with red sauce rather than a mushroomy sauce but we added mozzarella to it and it was palatable. But what really got me was the bread… no butter, no garlic just a warmed up sub roll.

Franco’s dining room is warm and inviting. Service is lacking and food is really lacking. It should be Franco’s American style Italian because it doesn’t taste like actual Italian food at all. The warm bread was the best thing served to us. It warm and served with butter. Not Italian bread but it was warm and filling. Everything else was disappointing. The Bolognese in the photo was tasteless but we took it home and jazzed it up. The eggplant parmesan was thick, raw tasking and impossible to eat. The stuffed shells were very al dente’. They do serve very large portions. Their desserts were Americanized also. The tiramisu did not resemble the real dish at all and was drizzled with chocolate syrup. The fried zucchini seemed to be sautéed instead of fried, so it was soft instead of crispy. The portions are large so that is good for people who enjoy eating here.

This place is okay for a quiet dinner when it isn't too busy. The food isn't bad, just not that flavorful. The food was served hot and looked nice, but it took a while to get to us for as little of people that were there. If you want to split a dinner between two people, they do charge extra for an extra plate. In the long run it would just be better to order separate meals. Overall, the place is quaint and a little pricey for average sized meals at dinner time.
