Nice quiet place lot rent high as heck. Compared to other states. Water is bad can't drink no one addresses this at all. You have questions go to town n ask Instead or the media they know more. This is true to all 3 trailer parks in area. You can have pets at others but predjudice over certain dog breeds and they have stray cats kittens here n there. Terrible some people just don't care.

I have been in this trailer court for at least 20 years, and the owners are the nicest and most thoughtful family that I have ever known. I have never been in need of or needed something without them coming through for me. God Bless them!!!

Pet policy is accepted depending on breed an weight for. East ave or Forest lawn. Harper's does not allow pets. Sebations is owned by another And don't know much information on them, but they do rent there mobile homes. As well as harpors to where east ave an forest dawn are only for sale. Or pay to own. Lot rent depends thru every park.
