I had 3 prescription called in and 24 hours later they sent me an email and a call telling me all prescription were ready I go to the store wait 20 mi uses in the drive thru and they tell me 1 prescription won't be ready till the evening I called the store to find out what's taking so long the woman was rude and hateful saying my prescription be ready when it's ready I will never use Walgreens again

Rediculous that anyone has to wait 30 minutes or more to pick up a script at drive thru.This is a problem with all Walgreens locations.Walked inside, 4 people in the back doing seemingly nothing. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Used to be very good Customer service. Those days are gone.

I went to pick up my moms rx and they were asking 44$ for a drug i can buy otc at walmart for 18.99. The girl in the drive thru was not helpful and cut me off everytime i tried to talk to her..keep saying have a nice day. After she said it the third time i left without the rx..if shes a pharm tech then she needs to be knowledgeable of the drugs she deals with..Im on my way to walmart!!..the rx was just eyedrops.. generic pataday.

They have done great for a long time, but within recently I can’t get any of my prescriptions on time. I call, and am on hold for over an hour just to talk to someone. I have given my insurance information both online and in person, and here I am wasting my time waiting on them to talk to me. It’s 11:16 and I’ve been on hold for 43 minutes and now they are on a meal break it will be another 29 minutes. I have a prescription that was sent a month or two ago, and I haven’t been able to get that one either. Every experience I’ve had with them here in the last 6 months has just been awful. I’m switching my pharmacy.
