Super awesome people and a great place to get skate stuff from a local store.

For many years they have had a habit of making jokes about anyone who walks in they consider "fat" going back to 2010. And questioning why they would even be in there. For one thing bigger people can skate too and those who can't could be buying a gift for someone. Just very unprofessional and immature

Just picked up this beauty today from the shop, props to the guys for the great grip tape job too. Plus dope service as always

Knowledgeable as well as kind. I have longboarded for over a year and had found most items online so I had no one to help with maintenance. I brought in my new wheels and asked for some help trading them out if I bought bearings and some lubricant. The staff showed me exactly how to switch my wheels and bearings and made me feel confident to be able to do it myself in the future. Highly recommend this shop!!!

Unless anything has changed assembly is free. I would expect around 150 or so if you part it out as cheap as you can.
We always do the work for free in our shop! Anything we can do to help is what we’re about. Check our Instagram out for all the newest products! @homeskateshop
No, but it has great things to buy.

Yes you can buy complete boards.. just bought one the other day
We have plenty of shoes in size 10. Also, your shoe size has NOTHING to do with what board size you ride. It’s a total personal preference.
I would love to buy them from you . $10 is a good starting point (per board oc). People like me will pay up to about $50 for a good used shaped board. $30 for a good freestyle stick
No.
We require a properly worn mask at all times. Six customer limit. Hand sanitizer upon entry.
We’re just a skateboard shop. Sorry Nichole. Maybe Iceland Skating Rink can help? Or Champs Roller Rink?
The cost of a complete skateboard all depends on what products you pick out. We always do the work(assembly) for free!
Porscha they should be able to upgrade your boards without any problems give the shop a call on pricing. This shop has been in business for 25years Noah and his staff will take care of you
We do get SB releases. Might not get all of them but we get most of them. Follow our Instagram for release details @homeskateshop
We do not. However, we do have cruiser boards with soft cruiser wheels in all shapes, sizes, & color!
Preassembled boards are right at $100. The components aren’t the best on them. We recommend building your own and spending $20 more for a much better skateboard experience. We also recommend asking around for something used and bringing it into the shop for a refurbishing. We’re here to help!

Stop by the shop and we’ll be happy to show you a ton of options!
Fair priced
Not really. It isn't a longboard shop.
Depends what you'll be doing with the board. Skinnier boards flip faster, wider boards are easier to cruise on. At the end of the day it's up to you. Someone at the shop will be happy to let you stand on some different sizes to feel it out.
What feels good, experiment with it if you can? also what do you like to ride? Ideally find what works for you that feels versatile in different terrains.
