They were slow to respond to customers, an individual near us waited about 20 minutes with no food waiting to pay. My wife and I waited roughly the same with our check before we got up figuring we payed at the front counter, when a manager informed us that our waiter should take the payment at our seats, we ended up getting helped by a different waitress. TLDR: Good food, Kind faces, slow service.

Amazing service! Our server was retired Air Force and he was fantastic! Treated you just like family and brought out some delicious coffee. Been to a lot of Ihops before and never had such an amazing service like this one. Definitely want to go back. A con to here can be sometimes coffee is cold, but that's an easy fix

Be prepared to wait. Took about 20 minutes before we got our drinks, another 25 minutes until we received our food. The food was pretty good, hard to mess up pancakes and stuff though. I’m not sure if it was just our waitress but it seemed like we were the only table who’s food took the absolute longest. Unfortunately probably won’t be back.

Our server was Shanna. She made sure we had coffee and napkins and took our order in a timely fashion. She was great! When our food came out, it was cold. I ordered eggs scrambled with cheese and the cheese was partially melted, which tells me that the eggs were somewhat warm at some point. My boyfriend ordered eggs over easy. They were not cooked correctly and were, in point of fact, raw. The bacon and sausage on our plates were also cold. With that said, our breads -- pancakes, toast, waffle, and French toast -- seemed to be fresh, even if the waffle was cooked unevenly.
