The manager Imani was horrible and so rude, talking the whole time during our dining experience, and when she needed to get past our group she rudely and quite hastily moved passed a person in my group all while rolling her eyes and when i said something to my group she chimed up saying she had not rolled her eyes, when everyone in my group witnessed her rolling her eyes. Poor manager should be taught proper customer service. then proceeded to roll her eyes again

The line moves fast so don’t be intimidated by how long it is. They have great food. And if they get it wrong they will fix it and give some compensation. 5/5 will go here again.

Love, love this Chick Fa La. Never do we have a bad experience. The managers are always walking around checking on customers. The staff are always helpful. I know I can go there with consistency and get the best food and service.

This location is such a hit and miss especially when ordering delivery. This is the 3rd time that I have ordered via door dash and have either been missing something or an issue with portion size. I ordered a large fry and I have attached a copy of what I received. I took the picture as soon as I took the food out of the bag. For the record, the bag was sealed tight so I don't believe the door dasher took any of the fries :)
