We use to frequent this restaurant when we lived in North suffolk. I'm glad we went back. Staff was very attentive Our survey was one we recognized and she was excellent. Our fried class were fresh and delicious.

I have been dinning here for more than 13 years and I have never had a bad experience. Last week visited again for my birthday dinner and man I am glad I did. I was having a hard time picking from all the delicious options on the menu and some would say that what I picked was not a great choice of such a special occasion but it was amazing. I chose to have the margarita pizza but added prosciutto. This my friends was one of the best pizzas I have ever had. If you are feeling like you would want to try something new give this a try. The saltiness of the prosciutto with the sweet of the Roma tomatoes was such a great combo that I think you would all enjoy. Thank you to the staff for another great dinner with my family. We will see you soon.

Gianna's is PORTIONS & CONSISTENCY in food offerings. You will not go hungry....I feel there is a beautiful Italian grandma in the kitchen saying, "EAT, EAT!!!" I have not had an unsatisfying meal...!! Today at our table was the lunch special 1) Lasagna - Layers of Pasta w/ Ricotta, Ground Beef & a Blend of Italian Cheeses Topped w/ Tomato sauce & Baked Mozzarella Cheese! 2) Pepperoni & Cheese Stromboli and 3) Tuna Salad - Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Tuna STEAK, Pepperoncini & Olives!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Feb 2021:You get your money's worth at Gianna's! The staff is masked up and they have 50% capacity inside and they also have outside seating. We felt safe and had delicious food in generous portions. Definitely going back! Feb 2022: Everything is still good! Some places reduced portion sizes during covid but here you still get a mountain of pasta

We have had good food twice out of the 4 times we have been there. If you are in a small group no more than 4 it is usually ok. We went in a group of 18 and the service was horrible, they sat us at tables that should have only been for 10 people at the max. Food was over cooked and the to go order we got was completely wrong and it was burnt.

Im looking for Chicago style Italian beef. They are on Italian bomber buns. Opts are mozzarella, peppers, etc. The beef is sliced & prepared with italian seasoning, served "wet" or au jus on the side for dipping.
I think the food is a little better at Gianna's then East Side Pizza (even though the same person owns both places) however East Side Pizza has a private room that would better accommodate your party...in my opinion.
