I ordered spaghetti with sausage last night. My two year old child and I shared it. Both she and I became very sick soon after eating it. I called and spoke to the manager on duty this morning. She acted like she could care less. She said it never happens and she will speak to the guys in the back. That’s customer service at best for you. No apology or anything. This post deserves 0 stars and buyers beware

First time trying Sal's and I loved it I got the vegetable Stromboli and the long Island ice tea to go...yes alcohol to go.

I have never posted a bad review but I've also never been treated so horribly. Worst experience ever! Placed a take-out order and my husband was given the wrong food which was noticed at home. Over the phone, the manager stated the person's name and the incorrect order then refused to refund the two subs out of a $60 order or even give credit for them for a different day. She required us to return the incorrect food before she would resolve any issue, regardless that it was error the restaurant's error. It shouldn't be relevant, but I live too far away to return it today with a newborn at home and can't eat the incorrect food due to allergies. My husband had even tried to eat it but found the sub to have meat of poor quality and greasy. The manager recommended I contact the third party online ordering company to attempt to remedy any problem. Needless to say, I am never returning to this restaurant and will happily shout it from the rooftops. Previously working in food service for 12+ years, I understand how quickly poor reviews faster than positive ones. Photo for "proof"
