Positive: Nothing Negative: The hotel was dirty the bathroom was filthy, bath tub was not cleaned and neither was the toilet. The comforters on the beds are stained as well as the furniture in the room. The ironing board was broke and did not stand.

Great hotel Right on Hwy 58 with lot of restaurants nearby. Dave was friendly and helpful. I admire his passion for hotels and services. Rooms were clean and newly remodeled. I would recommend to anyone. Great work !!!

I had my flight cancel due to bad weather, i understand and realize that sometimes, the delays and cancellations happen after you've arrived at the airport. Once the bad news has been delivered, what should you do? I can tell you what i did, which is arranged a new flight with the airline and i called the manager at quality Inn & suites to informed them about my situation. The Airlines was most accommodating with giving me a full refund on a non-refundable ticket i have brought as well as offered me free changes to my flight. . Quality Inn & suites was not as accommodating when i asked to have my stayed moved to another date that i would be able to travel again. I was told i would be charge a one night stay regardless. I this particular circumstance it would have been grateful to let me reschedule my visit. I am a 100% permanent and total disabled veteran and can not afford to be paying for services to events that is out of my control. Military members and Veterans please avoid this place if you can.

I reserved 2 rooms recently with 2 beds each. All 4 white comforters had stains all over them. One had a huge light red spot… one had big brown spots and the other 2 had yellow. Obviously not washed at all or even looked at before making the beds again. Also sticky food splatter all over the inside and outside of the microwave. And a medical-looking glove behind the toilet which I didn’t touch for obvious reasons. Not to mention an additional $25 charge (not on the website) when you check in
