Was passing through on my way home from Virginia. I had not stopped there in over 15 years. Decided to stop and order take-out. The food was ready in a timely manner. The food tasted pretty good and the staff were friendly. I would go again!

Nice, quiet, unassuming atmosphere with good cooking and friendly wait staff. My wife and I stopped during our travels and are glad we did. I had the Sunday brisket and my wife had the BBQ. We both wanted to try the yummy sounding desserts but were too full from all the food we got at a reasonable price. Should we venture this way again, we'll most definitely be stopping here!

Went with my Family for dinner! An absolutely nice quiet atmosphere! Staff was awesome! Very Family oriented! My girlfriend and I were down home from NJ with my family and absolutely enjoyed every aspect of this restaurant's down home family feel! Kudos to your team crew and staff will definitely visit when I come down again! Excellent job all the way around!

The was ok.. it was probably real country southern cooking a while back but you can totally taste it’s not as country as it could be. The collard greens were the only down-home southern taste we recognized. And the strawberry shortcake the syrup they’re using is not real it’s almost like it’s a processed kind of ruins the whole thing not sure why they do that. 🤷🏼‍♀️ The establishment itself was pretty cool our server was a little behind but maybe she was new. Oh, and the bird houses were such a delight to watch while we were eating. I’m thinking this establishment is most likely set up more for breakfast.
