Their motto is, “waffles are just pancakes with abs.” I love that! The restaurant was a great find - the service was efficient and friendly, the prices were reasonable and the food was delicious. We had the standard chicken and waffles with scrambled eggs and coffee. But, you can go wild. Capitol Waffle has a lot of creative topping choices (for example, Captain Crunch, berries, chocolate syrup and whipped cream) so there is something for everyone. Capitol Waffle is centrally located near the Capitol and nearby hotels.

Absolutely loved this place! It's kinda small but their Waffles are amazing! They are fluffy and full of flavor. But be careful with the hot sauce, it's really hot hehe 🔥

Yum yum yummy!!! We had the chicken and waffle $5 special and it was awesome! Very fresh and tasty! And we split the Bad Apple Waffle. OMGOSH! Heaven in your mouth! Highly recommend!

This is a great small business! If you’re in Richmond and need a good breakfast spot you’re in for a treat. They have so many different dessert style waffles to choose from, thankfully it was a group of us so we all ordered different things from the ice cream waffles to the egg bowls. Everything was so tasty! The coffee was great too. I only wish they had one in NOVA. Please bring your waffles to us!

Yes, last time I was there it was all 4 tops. But they had no problem with us moving things around to fit our group.
They do not have taps, from what i saw. But they do have a nice selection of cans and bottles

No. Its a very small place. Almost more of a kitchen than a full restaurant. There are tables to eat at but its very informal
